OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND GUIDELINES
ELIGIBILITY
Business must be a registered LLC with the State of Ohio
Business must be in business a minimum of 6 months.
Business must be at least 51% owned and controlled by an African-American woman.
Open only to legal U.S. residents age eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry
This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER:
Each entry must have a separate entry form
No Entry will be considered without a fully completed, legible entry form.
One entry per participant
All entries should be submitted electronically at www.ThriveIN.co.
SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION OF WINNERS
The selected winner will be contacted via email by a ThriveIN representative.
Winner(s) will be notified by phone and/or e-mail address provided in the contest entry form
Depending on number of entries received, ThriveIN reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of winners.
The winner will be selected by ThriveIN with final approval from Washington Prime Group.
Incomplete or false information may disqualify a contestant.
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes express permission to use any and all winners’ names and designs for promotional purposes.
WINNING ENTRY
The winning contestant will receive the following:
(1) retail kiosk provided by Washington Prime Group.
1-hr complimentary marketing and business consulting
Winner’s signage must be of professional quality and approved by Washington Prime Group and ThriveIN prior to November 24, 2023.
Winner must comply with the visual merchandising standards of Washington Prime Group. Washington Prime Group and ThriveIN reserve the right to approve and to make recommendations and/or changes to winner’s visual presentation and display of merchandise. Winner shall submit a visual merchandising plan to ThriveIN and Washington Prime Group for approval.
Winner must agree to operate business during general mall hours on the following dates:
November 24 – November 26
December 1 – December 3
December 8 – December 10
December 15 – December 17
December 22 – December 24
December 26
December 29 – December 31
PRIVACY STATEMENT
ThriveIN will not sell or otherwise provide information concerning contest applicants or winner to companies, organizations or individuals without first obtaining the express permission of the participant. Protected information includes e-mail addresses, names, street addresses, phone number or other information that participants may provide as a condition to participation in the contest.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY
All entries become the property of ThriveIN for all purposes and will not be returned or acknowledged. ThriveIN is not responsible or liable for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection, miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Incorrect, incomplete, mutilated, multiple, late, and any other types of defective entries will be automatically disqualified.
PERMISSION & PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, participation in a Contest or Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to ThriveIN and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
ThriveIN reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify any Contest or Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond ThriveIN’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest or Sweepstakes, as determined by ThriveIN in its sole discretion. ThriveIN reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of a Contest or Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, ThriveIN reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. ThriveIN’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
