THE EXCHANGE is a first-of-its-kind speed mentoring and networking event bringing women of color professionals together to exchange unfiltered advice, wisdom and best practices to building fulfilling careers and living unapologetically abundant lives.
Beyond the highly anticipated speed mentoring, the event will feature an exclusive, 1:1 conversation with Judge Laurel Beatty and Congresswoman Joyce Beatty for a conversation on “Leadership Beyond the Podium.” In this candid discussion, Congresswoman Beatty will offer a candid look at her journey—not just as a political powerhouse, but as a woman navigating career milestones, personal triumphs and losses, and the lessons that have shaped her life.
Who’s It For: One thing about us, we don’t gatekeep. College, fresh out of college, manager, entrepreneur, boss — whatever your title, profession or industry, if you are looking to connect and receive advice from women who’ve been in your shoes and are now thriving, this event is for you.

Cost: $75 (cost includes hors d'oeuvres and beverages)
