“Why ask for a seat at the table, when you can create your own.”

As women of color, some of our greatest successes and opportunities exist within our very own peer groups and networks. So we made a table for us, by us — where everyone gets a seat.

A Seat at Our Table is an interactive dinner series created to cultivate purposeful networking opportunities and meaningful connections amongst young, professional women of color. Set against the backdrop of a chef-prepared dinner, the upscale, invitation-only event features a nationally- recognized speaker and purposeful networking with women from various walks of life and industries, all with a shared purpose –– to connect, inform, and empower other women.

Held twice each year, past speakers include Connie Orlando, EVP & Head of Programming, BET and Charreah Jackson, Author & Senior Lifestyle & Relationship Editor, ESSENCE magazine.
