ThriveIN is a multi-channeled community and organization dedicated to equipping Black Gen Z and millennial women with the tools, resources, networks and transformational access needed to “ThriveIN” work and life, while also helping companies build truly inclusive workplaces where Black women and women of color are seen, supported and valued.
Through innovative programming, strategic partnerships, self-affirming networks, unprecedented access to jobs, resources and other dope women — all topped with a little #BlackGirlMagic, we exist to ensure Black women, and other marginalized groups of women, are poised and positioned to “ThriveIN” their passions. With us, there is never “only one” at the table or in the room because here, every woman thrives.
