  • How often does the program meet? WorkSpace meets twice a month from 6:00PM - 8:00PM EST. Session dates are:

    • Session #1: March 5

    • Session #2: March 19

    • Session #3: April 9

    • Session #4: April 23

    • Session #5: May 7

    • Session #6: May 21

    • Session #7: June 4

    • Session #8: June 18

    • *Graduation date to be announced separately

  • How big is the upcoming cohort? Our upcoming cohort will have 20 participants. Applicants are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • I’m unable to attend but would love to sponsor a participant. What do I do? We love to see it! Email us at info@thrivein.co for additional instructions.

  • Can my company sponsor an employee or the program? Absolutely. Email us at info@thrivein.co for additional instructions.

  • How do I get my company to sponsor my participation? Most companies have funds budgeted to invest in the professional development of its employees. Contact your manager or HR representative to inquire. We’ve made it easy for you and even drafted an email for you to submit (download here).

  • My company is interested in sponsoring this program and/or hosting a session at our office. What do I do? Email us at info@thrivein.co if your company is interested in sponsorship opportunities or hosting our cohort at your corporate headquarters.

  • What happens in each session? AWESOMENESS! Through interactive, thought leader-led sessions, career coaching and skills-based workshops, participants receive targeted, results-driven strategies to advance and accelerate their careers, all facilitated by leading industry experts. Participants also form unbreakable sisterhood with some of the most dynamic women you’ve ever encountered. Oh, we’ll also have food, wine and all the after-work good vibes you need to show-up as your best self.

  • When will I find out if I was admitted into the program? Immediately. WorkSpace is first-come, first-served. Once you’ve completed the check-out process, you’re in.

  • If this cohort sells out, will I have to wait until 2026 to participate? We have good news! WorkSpace will now occur 2x a year. 2025 cohorts will take place from March - June 2025 and September - December 2025.

  • I don’t live in Columbus, OH, can I participate? Stay tuned, as virtual programming will be announced soon. Also, email us your city to location and we’ll keep you in mind as we expand our programming.
